Back in 2006, I was looking for a development team too. I’ve been to the usual hotspots: Philippines, Bangladesh, Europe, the Americas, India – only to discover that if I want it done right, I have to do it myself.
So I came home and put together a team.
A decade later, the 400+ software engineers in Pakistan are my solution to the age-old problem.
My name is Mark Mian and I am based in Southern California. The team we’ve built and supplemented back home supports my business here. All I am doing now is offering you what I’ve been benefiting from myself all these years.
In 5 development centers maintained by Nextbridge, the pool of engineers is organized in multiple divisions dedicated to Software Development, Web Development and Network Support. These divisions allow me to fall back and extract any support my clients or I need with the projects we are most passionate about. Among ourselves, we call this a 360-degree solution.
If an engineer has the capacity to understand how each feature adds value to the client’s offering, they belong in Nextbridge. I am interested in cultivating full-stack developers who don’t just know their craft but also understand the role that each technology and its frameworks can play in the solution being developed.
