You probably have 10 outsourcing advertisements open in your browser. You’re trying to figure out which one of these companies is right for you. This question does not have an easy or quick answer.

Back in 2006, I was looking for a development team too. I’ve been to the usual hotspots; Philippines, Bangladesh, Europe, the Americas, India – only to discover that if I want it done right, I have to do it myself.

So I came home and put together a team.

A decade later the 400+ software engineers, in Pakistan, are my solution to the age-old problem.

My name is Mark Mian and I am based in Southern California. The team we’ve built and supplemented back home supports my business here. All I am doing now is offering you what I’ve been benefiting from myself all these years.

Hire Developers from Nextbridge

In return for your time reading this, I will address the major concerns you have (or should have) when hiring a development team from an offshore company. I will identify the problems I faced myself, how I overcame them, and since I have already solved them I can now extend the same benefits to you.

The shortage of engineers in the Netherlands is a harsh reality. But the company of today needs technology and programming to succeed, and it’s safe to say that ICT outsourcing has become a necessity.

So, here you are; looking to hire PHP engineers. You have a backlog of software that needs to be written. You’re having difficulty finding good engineers locally. You’re looking at all available options. You’re willing to do whatever it takes to solve this problem - yet Outsourcing seems like a distant possibility.

Most likely you are facing these problems right now:

Your 1st Problem

The Security of Your Idea

The ideas you have right now, will determine how relevant you are in the next 5 years of your life – longer if you do it right. If you are anything like me, you probably hold on to your intellectual property like your life depends on it. So how can you possibly trust another organization with your property?

The short answer: you can’t. Not unless you have an iron clad Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a point of contact that you can easily reach in your own neighborhood. Your legal right to hold us accountable is ensured by our representative in The Netherlands. Allow my partner Remco Van Egmond to set your mind at ease.

Your 2nd Problem

How Capable is the Company of Handling
a Project of this Scale?

When outsourcing to an offshore company, you must ask yourself: can they even handle my business? Here’s what typically happens in companies that flaunt their cheap rates on the internet. While they may have price leadership, they offer next to no support or training to the engineers doing your work. They are probably working out of a basement with a 20 man setup, and start hiring the engineers you need after you’ve paid them an advance.

The result? Unreliable talent that they’ve just hired for your project in a hurry. Slow kick-off. Substandard builds. Unexplained delays caused due to lack of sufficient facilities. If you are particularly unlucky, you might even notice that their internet sucks and they frequently drop calls.

I addressed this problem by ensuring that the 400+ engineers at Nextbridge work in Development Centers equipped with facilities that match international standards. There is sufficient talent in-house to handle any kind of software development and resources available to supplement your team should the need arise. We’d be happy to give you a tour in person or on a video call.

Your 3rd Problem

How Good are the Developers Themselves?

As an engineer myself, I am frustrated by developers out there who boast of a single skill they acquired in college and haven’t evolved since. They certainly didn’t have a place in the team I was building, and they shouldn’t in yours. The engineers that make the cut in Nextbridge have, over the years, built familiarity with technologies related to what they specialize in. For example, a PHP developer who also understands Github or a .Net engineer who is familiar with Javascript.

Anyone can code, but this kind of engineer can add true value to your product – if you can take our word for it. And that leads us to your next problem.

Your 4th Problem

Why Should I take Your Word for it?

“Me too,” said every ICT Outsourcing landing page you have open in the other tabs. Half of them are lying. How can you hold a salesman accountable after his claims about their engineers turn out to be untrue? I cut through that and installed Development Managers on top of my engineers who act as a Monitoring Body, ensuring that your developers are actually delivering what their CEO is promising. Apart from Remco, the Development Manager will be your point of contact; someone you can ask the tough questions and expect hard evidence in reply.

In 5 development centers maintained by Nextbridge, the pool of engineers is organized in multiple divisions dedicated to Software Development, Web Development and Network Support. These divisions allow me to fall back and extract any support my clients or I need with the projects we are most passionate about. Among ourselves, we call this a 360-degree solution.

I can go on and talk about how we manage the time difference, provide other services to support your specific development needs, Quality Assurance and Design services, or the monthly and hourly payment plans depending on the scale of your project. But words can only take one so far. I invite you to pick up the phone and call my partner Remco to go over your needs and set up a meeting.
